Long time no talk, right? Well i'm here to o a GrailOrFail post since i've been trying out new products. After all the hype on Youtube about the NYC Bronzer in Sunny, I decided to go buy one to check it out myself. It was extremely cheap about $3.99 CAD. So I went to Walmart and bought one with Stefania. When I got home, and opened the package, I realised that the packaging does not close very well. So the packaging was a total FAIL. But the product itself, is alright. I certainly would purchase it again because it is amazing for contouring but it can't be compared to Hoola Bronzer by Benefit.

Saaammage (Beauty Guru) raves about this product saying that its her Holy Grail Bronzer and that its comparable to Hoola. But it really isn't. The pigmentation of NYC Sunny Bronzer is not as well pigmented as Hoola. But I can say that its fairly pigmented and it is a great alternative to Hoola Bronzer if you can't afford Hoola. Since its $26 CAD. NYC Sunny Bronzer is more matte and Hoola is more of a satin. So I would recomend NYC Suuny Bronzer as a Contour Powder and Benefit's Hoola Bronzer as a Face Bronzer

It was pretty long time ago, about 2 years, and I seriously need a new blush, so I went shopping with my besties, and- Jaymi was definitely there :D I was actually a "beginner" in makeup, so I asked Jaymi for an opinion. We went to Walmart, because I don't need a brand one so I just went to get a drugstore brand blush. Jaymi suggested me to get the " NYC Color Wheel Mosaic Face Powder" in Pink Cheek Glow. From the name, you would know it is actually a powder, but it works just like a blush! It comes in 4 different kinds of colours: Translucent Highlighter Glow, Pink Check Glow, All Over Bronze Glow, and Rose Glow.
After, I tried this blush, I absolutely LOVE it! It is so gorgeous, and gives a sheer finish to your face, it also can highlight your check bones at the same time! It has 4 different kinds of colours in this blush, and the colours are so adorable! This powder is super pigmented and it stays on for a very long time!

I have been using it about 2 years, almost everyday, and I still didn't hit pan yet, also because I don't take too much product. This powder is super great, and I am still using it today. For me, it would definitely a GRAIL, and I definitely recommend you guys buying it!
If you guys have been watching our youtube channel, I've already told you guys that I LOVE gel/cream liner. Gel liner is so easy for me to work with, and during summer, I always use gel liner. I bought this gel liner on last year' boxing day, I got this liner on boxing day because I ran out of gel liner, and it was the only day I got to go shopping. So, I just went to Walmart and grab an gel liner, it was last minute so I don't have to read the box, and to decide I should get it or not. Once I finished dinner, I ran upstairs to try this out, cause I'm always so excited to try new makeup. It comes with a brush, so it's perfect cause my is getting so fluffy.
When I first try the eyeliner, it is SO easy to smudge, which is very bad. Then I realized the brush is very thick, so i cannot make thin lines. Anyways, I made a thick line with the brush and I just let it go.
It was pretty late at night, so I was going to remove my makeup, but the eye line is already "cracking" It cracked into pieces on my lids, and it is very hard to remove it, the cotton is full of black particles. It comes in 2 colours: Black and Purple, in Canada the price is about $6.95. For me, I would say this is FAIL and I would not recommend you guys buying it, but if you would like to try it, you can.
Okay, so today is Febuaury 4th, so it time for January favorites! So, Lets start!
1. Coastal Scents 88 Ultra Shimmer Palette
I'm in love with this palette because it is perfect for beginers, who are just starting makeup! It has tons of colors that are amazingly pigmented. Although there are some shadows that are pretty chalky. But overall, it is an amazing palette for its price! And you can hardly use all the colors up!
2. NYX Rouge Creme Blush in Tan
I'm in love with this! It is super pigmented and also I got it on sale for $4.99 because it didn't have a tester! It blends super easily and not to mention the color is AMAZING!
3. Red Earth Secret Potion Highlighter
Okay, so i have the Original (Opal). And it has a pink reflex when the light shines on it. Its so pretty! I'm in love with it because it has a spatula for easy application and I'm looking forwards to trying Thriller (rose) and Magician (bronze). A little goes a long way with this product. You can find Red Earth products at Ulta in the USA.
4. MAC Blush in Dame
I have been using this non stop when I want to use a powder blush! Its perfect for the winter time because of its pretty blue and purple reflex. Its pretty sheer but if you work with it, it looks amazing! It gives a sheer wash of colour on our face. Its perfect if you want just a fresh face look!
5. Shiseido Perfect Rouge Lipsticks in Tourmaline and Pout
These two lipsticks are so AMAZING! They are super moisturizing and really pretty. I don't have the full size of these lipsticks but I have samples! They are gonna last me FOREVER since I don't usually use a lipstick, but when I do, I use these.
6. Red Earth Lipgloss Tubes in Clear, Sweet Sunday and Red Carpet
Its super pigmented and super moisturizing. It is comparable to the Clinique Superbalm Moisturizing Lipgloss. But the Red Eath Lipgloss is only $5! Its way cheaper the Clinique Lipgloss but its just the same quality and maybe even better!
7. L'Oreal Go 360 Cleam Cleanser: Deep Facial Cleanser.
Its my facial cleanser of ALL TIME! It gets rid of my acne quicker than the Neutrogena Acne Wash in Pink Grapefruit. I could see results in about 2 days. My skin got cleaner and i'm more confident about my skin. Updated Skincare Routine will be up on our channel soon!
8. Revlon Equave Two Phase Leave in Conditioner/Heat Protectant.
I've always used this heat protectant/leave in conditioner but lately i've been really loving this for my hair. It makes it super sleek, super soft and super shiny! Its an all around great product and I definitely recommend this. But, It is a little pricey. Not as pricey as CHI but its still pretty pricey for a drugstore product. It retails for about $20 in Canada. You can find this product usually in Hair Salons. And you sould probably find this where they sell Revlon hair products.
9. Favorite Perfume/Body Mist of the Month
I have been wearing this Body Mist for the whole month! Its such a sweet and alluring scent. I get soo many compliments from people when I wear this.
10. Favorite Song of the Month
My favorite song of the month would have to be Taeyang's Wedding Dress. I'm in love with the Korean Version and the English Version. Its been on repeat on my iTunes for the whole month. You can listen to the song down here.
10. Favorite TV Show
OMG! I've been so obsessed with watching Glee. Since I only started watching glee about in the begining of January. I have the whole Season 1 and the most recent episodes of Season 2. I watched about 1 - 2 a day and I finally got through every episode around the end of January. Quinn and Puck are BY FAR my favorite characters of all time!

I guess you guys are wondering the story of why I picked this up right? Well, I ran out of my Red Earth Eye Perfection Primer so I ran to the drugstore to pick up a new eye shadow primer, and I came across this eyeshadow primer. I thought I'd just pick it up and try it because I LOVE the NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencils. Well its not like the NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencils at all. I was really disappointed with this product but I bought it so I have to use it up. Its fine if you only need to have the eyeshadow on for a couple hours. I say this because its creases like crazy!It only lasts about 3-4 hours. The eyeshadow doesn't stick onto the primer and 3-4 hours later you hardly see any of the colour or the blending effect. It looks like you just slapped on a whole bunch of different shades and just blended them all together. I have tried using less product and using more product and both of the times it creased! I would not recommend this product but the good thing about the NYX Eyeshadow Base in Skintone is that it covers everything! I definitely wouldn't use it as a eyeshadow primer but I would use it as a concealer! It also dries to a nice finish. I have read reviews online and they say the same thing about it! I would have to say its a definite FAIL. I am very disappointed at this product and will not purchase it again.
